Found a recipe for a green smoothie that I've been obsessed with this month.  Pull out your blenders and head out to grab the ingredients.  Whole foods charges $7 per smoothie, but who really has $200 a month to drop on green drinks there? Not I..

Serving Size 2 (or 1 of those ^)

- 1 Cup Baby Kale
- 1 Cup Baby Spinach
- 1 Celery Stalk
- 1 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1 Inch Cube Ginger
- 1/4 Red Delicious Apple
- Dash of Turmeric
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper
- 250mL of Orange Juice

I blend on setting 3 or 4 on my Vitamix to chop up most the stuff.  As it smooths out, I add a bit of water and up the blender speed to 8 or 9 for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Juices have a lot of added sugars and calories, so I prefer to use Trop 50 and usually use half water half juice.  Play around with your ingredients according to taste.  The cayenne and ginger will give it a nice kick!
